2. Nature of Platform

• Earn3X is an affiliate and referral-based platform.
• We do not sell, manufacture, or provide goods or services listed by third-party retailers, banks, or partners ("Retailers").
• All transactions, applications, purchases, or services are solely between you and the Retailer. Earn3X acts only as a facilitator and bears no responsibility for the quality, delivery, pricing, approval, or fulfillment of Retailer offerings.

3. Eligibility & Membership

To become a Member:

• You must be 18 years or older
• You must provide true, accurate, and updated information
• You must comply with all applicable Indian laws

Earn3X reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

4. Prohibited Activities

Members are strictly prohibited from:

• Brand bidding or paid advertisements using Earn3X or Retailer brand names
• Creating fake, misleading, or unauthorized referral links
• Using fraudulent payment methods or third-party personal details
• Manipulating transactions to generate artificial profits
• Violating Retailer or Earn3X policies

Violation may result in account termination, forfeiture of earnings, blacklisting, and legal action.

5. Earnings, Profit & Referrals

• Earnings are generated only from tracked, genuine, successful transactions
• Transactions that are cancelled, returned, refunded, or rejected are not eligible
• If Earn3X does not receive commission from the Retailer, no profit is payable
• Profit validation may take up to 90 days or more
• Earn3X may withhold, reverse, or recover profits credited in error or due to misuse
• Referral incentives (if applicable) are subject to Earn3X and Retailer policies

6. Payments

• Minimum withdrawal threshold: ₹10
• Payments may be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other supported methods
• You are responsible for providing correct payment details
• Earn3X is not liable for failed payments due to incorrect details
• Earn3X may modify or suspend payment methods at any time

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• All activities performed through your account
• Promptly notifying Earn3X of unauthorized access

Earn3X is not responsible for losses due to user negligence.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, trademarks, logos, designs, and technology belong to or are licensed to Earn3X. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

By submitting content, you grant Earn3X a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for Platform operations.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Earn3X does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Earn3X shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed ₹500

10. Suspension & Termination

Earn3X may suspend or terminate access without prior notice in cases of:

• Fraud or misuse
• Policy violations
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Security concerns

11. Privacy & Communications

Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. You consent to receive communications via SMS, email, WhatsApp, app notifications, etc.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian laws. Courts of New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

13. Force Majeure

Earn3X shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures, or government actions.

14. Modifications

Earn3X may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. Significant changes will be notified via email or platform notification.
