Our Commitment Against Spam

We commit that we shall not send you any unsolicited emails or other communications except those described in our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. We also commit that we will not share, sell, or rent your contact details to any other companies or third parties. You always have the option to subscribe or unsubscribe from our newsletters using the links provided in our emails.

Member Responsibilities

All our members are expected to use their Earn3X accounts without spamming our partner merchants or members of the public in any way.

  • Do not send unsolicited promotional emails mentioning Earn3X to people who have not given consent.
  • Do not misuse referral links by mass mailing, posting in irrelevant forums, or using bots or automated systems.
  • Do not harass or repeatedly message merchants or other users with unwanted or spam content.

Reporting Spam & Consequences

If it is brought to our attention by partner merchants, email providers, or members of the public that any member is sending unsolicited emails or spamming in any way, we take this seriously and will investigate the issue.

  • If we receive complaints from partner merchants about a member spamming them, we may terminate the offending member's account immediately.
  • Investigation may lead to suspension of the relevant member's account or a complete ban of that member from the entire Earn3X network of platforms.
  • Earn3X may also forfeit pending cashback or earnings associated with confirmed spam or abusive activity.
